[ Organic berries & Smart waters ]
I am a firm believer in keeping my taste buds happy in a healthy way. When it comes to water it can be repetitive and dull. I try & keep my daily intake interesting. Some examples: getting “the Trenta” iced green tea at Starbucks with half water & half tea, adding water as opposed to juice in my cocktail & this easy DIY trick of using berries to enhance its taste. On this particular day I chose raspberries & boysenberries. I also enjoy water with lemons, strawberries & cucumber.
Quick Skinny Tip: do not drink your calories. It’s not worth it; juices, sodas and cocktails add up. Water & teas are the best choices.

Hi! So have you heard about using berries that are frozen instead of fresh because they are picked in their prime when they have the highest antioxidants and then are immediately frozen. What are your thoughts? Hmmm been thinkin about this. 🙂
I’ve been on the lookout for antioxidant drinks that I can do by myself, and upon reading your post, I’ll definitely make this one soon! Thank you so much for sharing this! Very, very informative!
