I did! I did some yoga yesterday. I’m going horse riding today (like I do every Sunday) and I have to cycle there today because I can’t get a lift
Did some pilates & yoga today… And your sexy summer salad with zero calorie dressing for dinner! 🙂 it was soo good! And i remember you asking once what was the best free diet app.. I recently discovered Jillian Michaels’s app called Slim Down. Just amazing 🙂 basic stuff, but still good motivation 🙂
