[ A fellow cleanser’s experience ]
I have to know…
If you’re on Day 3…how was it? I am sure everyone’s experiences are different. We all have different body types & circumstances. To all the Day 3 cleansers- it’s almost over! Yay!
Tonight I am have a grilled chicken with spaghetti squash & chopped up veggies. I thought today’s juice tasted the worst. Not going to lie, I am excited it’s almost over. I miss my
light beer wine! However, I feel completely rejuvenated, less bloated, & my skin feels clear. Congratulations to all of you who are almost done! TGIF could not be a more appropriate statement for everyone who’s on Day 3- happy Friday!

Finished the cleanse! Day 3 wasn’t bad I agree the juice tasted, too veggie but got it all down. The only thing I noticed this day was that I didn’t have as much energy for the gym, so I kept my workout minimal. Lost 5 pounds total, wasn’t really worried about the weight loss, more so just feeling better in general. Which I do! Will do this again next time you do! Thanks for sharing.
On the 3rd day of the cleanse and feeling good! To me, yesterday was the hardest. Dinners were that much better these past 3 days and I really liked exploring new things for dinner like Spaghetti Squash. Thanks for posting this! It’s pretty awesome and I’m super motivated now to continue with my healthy eating again after those holidays.
Have not weighed myself yet. (don’t want to get stuck on that) but I can definitely feel a change!
Your juices look delicious and I’m excited to start the cleanse. I was just curious what the recipes were for each juice, how much solid food you can eat for dinner and if you can snack on fruits and veggies throughout the day or if it’s simply liquid. Also how often can you do this?
