Core Power Yoga provides the most amazing atmosphere & accompanied with their famous Power Sculpt class, it’s impossible to go wrong [ I am still sore from Tuesday’s class…]. The upbeat, loud music enhances the class, the weights and blocks keep the intensity high & the teachers consistently bring an infectious energy. No matter what other fitness classes you take, the Power Sculpt class will complement any other workout.

I’m obsessed with how I feel the next day: it’s the perfect kind of sore ; ). You know? The kind of sore that feels like your bod is changing? Love it!
