Well hi, hello, how are you?
I’m ok, a little zinged up on caffeine because I had the bright idea to drink this blended coffee at 4 pm today. Currently in bed, watching Seinfeld, curled up with the dogs, chugging ginger tea. A real wild Friday. Just how I like it.
First off, can we just talk about this cup? I feel like you already know about my obsession with this cup if you follow along on Snapchat. This cup is MY FAVORITE CUP EVER. It’s glass, BPA-free, fits in my car’s cup holder, ANDDDD has the perfect size straw opening. None of those plastic-ass, bullshit straws for me. No, no, no. I’m very specific about my straw. Especially excited about this cup because the opening fits my big, reusable straw. Maybe a weird observation, but the bigger the straw, the easier it is for me to drink liquids. So I like to use a silicone straw always, even in my water.
I just drink more water in general with these big straws.
But back to the cup. This cup is one of my favorites. You can’t go wrong. Jessica Alba recommended the cute glass. It’s BPA, phthalates, PVC, lead, & cadmium free. Honestly, I bought it in two colors & I can really say I use them every.single.day. Whether it’s for TSC Pink Detox Drink, blended coffee, a protein shake, green drink, &/or peach iced tea, this cup is key…especially if you have kids.
I am definitely not someone who likes to change up my routine…which can be difficult when traveling. & when I turn into a micromanaging biotch. BUT when I’m home, I’m in a routine, which includes waking up, immediately downing lemon water or a detox drink & then having my coffee.
Coffee could mean iced coffee on the rocks with cinnamon, Bulletproof Coffee, or THIS: BLENDED PUMPKIN PIE SPICED COLD BREW. So good, so easy.
Don’t believe me? Well shit, look at this:
TSC PUMPKIN PIE BLENDED COLD BREW:
Cold brew ( use whatever amount you want! )
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
Vanilla Stevia, a few drops
A few dashes of pumpkin pie spice
1 handful of ice
+ directions: pour your cold brew ( I use, like, a cup ) over ice in a blender ( by the way, my favorite blender is the magic Nutribullet– I use it every AM ). Then top off cold brew with unsweetened milk of choice, vanilla Stevia, & pumpkin pie spice. Blend. ENJOY! The ideal buzz really.
Festive for fall, right. No offense to Starbucks pumpkin spice lattes, but this is way better. Plus you know exactly what the hell you’re drinking AND it takes like 5 seconds to make.
Officially getting tired. Going to get off the computer. I’m reading the BEST BOOK guys. It’s so juicy. The book is called A Little Thing Called Life & is by Elvis, Bruce Jenner, & David Foster’s ex: Linda Thompson. Highly recommend. I’m almost done with it – it was a quick read but super interesting. Anyone else reading anything good? I’m going to need a new book starting tomorrow.

I love bulletproof coffee!! I am a morning workout kind of gal, and I get super nauseous if I eat anything before hand so this has become my go to for the last 5 months. And depending on what you add, I usually do 1 tbsp. kerry gold, 1-3 tbsp. of hemp seeds (getcho fiber girl), 1 tbsp. of brain obtain oil, liquid stevia, cinnamon and a few drops of liquid english toffee or vanilla stevia flavoring, it tastes like dessert! I have been doing a low carb high fat diet, with a few higher carb days over the past 5 months, and have lost 32 pounds. Anyone who is skeptical of putting butter in your coffee, the proof is in the pudding huntyyy. You will have so much energy and feel so satiated for hours. Sorry for the rant, I am just obsessed with this stuff! You should absolutely do a post on it!!

This looks amazing! On my morning to do list 🙂 I love these cups I just ordered some – I’ve been obsessed with cute drinking cups with straws! I find it annoying to clean the straws out though and I feel like there’s icky stuff inside the straw – any tips on how you clean your straws?
