Hey guys-!

Drumroll please…

For the last six months I’ve been working with an amazing team to recreate my blog…& today’s the day to reveal the new & improved site.

Soooo…ta-da!

Some new changes: the ‘about‘ & ‘press‘ pages were updated, I added a fashion//beauty section, & pretty much everything on the site has been simplified. I hate cluster-F’s- so the new blog design is easy to navigate, clean, & crisp ( #OCD, much?! ).

Andddd I wanted to touch on another subject: when I launched this blog two & half years ago it was purely fitness related. Obviously, since then its evolved.

And so have I.

This revamp is definitely more than an aesthetic change because my fitness blog has transformed into a lifestyle blog. It’s not just health, diet, & working out anymore.

For me, it’s become more about a healthy balance. I guess what I’m saying is that from now on, the blog will showcase everything: beauty, fashion, relationships, hair, fitness, diet, and health.

Because hey, life can be a crazy bitch. And balance is everything.

A little side note: the amount of time I’ve spent on this computer is absurd ( & probably not a stellar example of balance ). There’s been many weekends when my friends are out & I’m at home blogging my heart away. I guess the point is I adore blogging. I love the readers. I love the e-mails you guys send me. I read each & every one.

SO.

THANK YOU. Without you guys I couldn’t pursue my passion- I thank my lucky stars everyday. Never in my wildest dreams did I anticipate The Skinny Confidential opening all of these doors. ESP with you guys, the readers; it’s truly been insane/life-changing to connect with all of you.

Thank, thank, thank you all for reading along.

Ok, I’m done getting all sappy ; ).

  3. I think everything looks great, love! I just recently created my blog and, I must say, you are truly an inspiration. Proof of how far you can take a blog if you really put your heart into it. I haven’t put enough of my heart into getting my blog going, but I plan to kick my booty into action-mode as soon as I can. I’ve been searching for blogs to follow, and yours is one of my favorites! Ever since a friend recommended it to me, I’ve been an avid reader! You’re great, chica. Keep up the amazing work. 🙂

  23. LOVIN the new blog design! It is true how blogs evolve mine went from a diary of life to more fitness related to another mess to fitness again its crazy how it happens but makes for a more interesting journey I guess! Have a great week 🙂 Love + Shine CourtStar
