You’re welcome.
Ya. You’re welcome.
Why?
Because I’m 100% confident that you’ll love these watermelon/lime ice cubes as much as I do.
First off, if you follow TSC on Instagram, you know I can’t get enough of watermelon juice.
This summer’s theme has been watermelon, watermelon, & more watermelon.
It’s one of the world’s healthiest foods because it’s filled with vitamins, antioxidants, amino acids, AND the sexy fruit also happens to be one of most detoxifying foods on the planet.
Meow.
So naturally, my creative juices started flowing when I had the idea of freezing the juice with lime. Directions are the easiest thing ever: pick up fresh pressed watermelon juice from Whole Foods or make it yourself, add it to a super cute ice cube tray, squeeze a bunch of lime, freeze and…TA-DA.
Also, if you don’t remember my story of how I bought a giant-ass watermelon from Whole Foods & carried it to the Juice Bar for them to juice, click here.
I enjoyed these cubes of heaven in sparkling water & even ate them plain ( dessert after dinner, der ). If you’re feeling frisky, add them to chilled champagne.
Mmmmm!!! Too damn good.
So like I said: you’re welcome.
Happy Tuesday! xx. Lauryn
Dude! I just love you. Reading your posts makes me happy.
Wow. Genius!
LOL you’re great!!! Seriously, the best. Can’t wait to try it out 🙂
Amazing cannot wait to try these! I have star shaped trays so have to make these next year for the fourth of july parties 🙂 xo C
YUM! This sounds brilliant! I’ve been on a watermelon kick lately, too– So flippin good!
YUMMMM! These look so freaking good, I’m going to try this soon! xo
I seriously just made these last week! I added a little lime zest for an added punch. Delicious!
I would totally make popsicles out of this and never stop eating them. Although, I love the idea of adding to sparkling water. Or maybe a nice glass of rose….
xoxo

We are twins … well, think alike. I grabbed a watermelon lime and ginger juice from a local juice shop and made ice cubes out of ’em. My fave evening post sweat session treat!
Guuurlll… send me your book when you get a sec. I’d still love to do a cute little video review of it. 😀 <3
OMG Lauryn…lol! The second I posted that comment above, I got a knock on my door from a roommate with a package of your book.
You’re seriously the cutest person ever. Thanks so much for sending it out to me. I’ll send you the link to the video, as soon I make it. 😀
