Ummmm….hello three ingredient cookie!

Just because it’s Thanksgiving doesn’t mean you have to shove your face full of shit.

Be smart.

Instead of feeling like beached whale after your linner [ lunch + dinner ],  try these cookies. They’re seriously the easiest little dimes on the planet + they’re delicious/healthy.

Need I say more?

Didn’t think so.

Grab some berries, oats, & two bananas and get your bake on.

Three Ingredient Cookies

[ Recipe adapted from Blogilates ]

2 cups quick oats

2 bananas

1 handful of berries [ My pref: cranberries to keep it festive ]

+ Directions: pre-heat over to 350 F. mash together all of the ingredient in a bowl [ I used my hands; I know, ghetto, but it got the job done ]. Use a non-stick cookie sheet, roll your cookie dough into balls, & add to sheet. Throw these babies in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Voilà!

  1. Oh, just made these last night , but with 70% chocolate instead of cranberrys ! They turned out soo delicious ! Soft on the inside and yummy and crispy on the outside ! Sprinkled a little sea salt over them. AMAZING 🙂

  4. I just tried these, but instead of berries, added some pumpkin (I’m a pumpkin fanatic, too), nutmeg, cinnamon, and a teeny bit of stevia to the mix – yum! Love your blog!
