ABAD: The name A Bikini A Day literally describes what the page is all about- each day we upload a photo of a new bikini.
Both of us wanted to create a place where all the bikini lovers of the world can come together to obsess over bikinis everyday. We feel as though a bikini is more than just a swimsuit to wear at the beach, the bikini embodies a lifestyle of freedom, travel, expressionism and relaxation.

ABAD: We shoot every week! So it’s all about balancing & living a healthy lifestyle.

ABAD: Salad or a home cooked meal with chicken & veggies.
+ Reason you sweat?
ABAD: We always want to look our best in a bikini, but apart from that it’s just the feeling of being healthy!

ABAD: Clinique face moisturizer with SPF, The Body Shop’s Body Butter, & bareMinerals powder.

ABAD: Teeth whitening. Mash up one strawberry & mix with 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda. Put it on your teeth for five minutes & then brush them. It works!

ABAD: Devin & I are all about curves and being natural so we believe in just balancing your lifestyle * still being able to eat what you want just in moderation. Then working out to balance it all.
+ Super quick healthy recipe:
ABAD: Sauté pre-sliced chicken breast in soy sauce, lemon, & a little bit of olive oil. Cook. Roast sweet potato slices & chopped onion for forty minutes, flipping half way. Cook corn & broccolini on the oven top.
Simple, but really delicious & healthy. This is our favorite meal!
