Motivate Yourself To…

…peel yourself off the couch

…snack lightly, snack right

…challenge yourself

…take your workout to the next level

…sweat it out

…stop making an excuse- just because it’s the weekend

…drink more water

…be healthy

…not be a complete lazy bum

…MOVE

…stop saying “tomorrow

Better sore than sorry! I’m off to the gym ; ).

Ugh! Every time i decide to sit my lazy butt on the couch and play on the internet, you post an inspirational, no excuse post. I want to be mad, but I know you’re right. Here I go to work out! *Seriously, I’m getting off the couch right now*

Figure skating’s up there in calories burned, too. With all these things, of course it depends how hard you are skating or biking or whatever. I often think that the stress-relieving effect of exercise is equally if not more important for weight management than the fact that it burns calories. Keeping the stress in check and avoiding stress-related eating is so important for weight control

The summer months are a little easier working out outdoors is the best motivator! Hiking, running, biking, ect. The winter months are a little more challenging try video gaming or dance workouts these workouts can fun and challenging.

Try to mix it up your workouts it will help prevent you from getting bored
