Here’s a little birthday update through pictures…I mean, technically, yah, I know it was a week and half ago buttttt I had to share!

Basically I spent my birthday laying low— think: a massage, a lil pool, some margaritas, a couple Instagrams ( LOL, duh! ), & dinner with Michael.

Literally my version of the perfect birthday. Being surrounded by loud music & screaming people in the club isn’t my jam anymore.

I feel like everything in life is constantly crazy, so any opportunity to lay low is pretty much welcomed!

Ok so, back to biz: I’m going to be blogging my little heart away for the next couple of weeks because I feel like I’ve been neglecting you guys.

My question of the day: what’s your questions? What do you want to see on TSC? Recipes, fitness, wellness, relationship posts?

    Just had my graduation week which in Sweden means loads if partying and celebration. Sound good right? Buuut between hangovers and parties it’s hard to get my workout in and eat healthy. I would love a “get back on track” post from you, adapted to a person who usually workout 5 times a week and eat pretty good but have slacked a bit… Have a great day!

    I would LOVE to see some at home, quick workouts! I don’t always have time to go to the gym or do anything particularly long after work so a quick, but effective, at home workout is what I do. I’m getting bored of my routine though. Any ideas for me?

    Recepies;) I love the ones you have but a little new food inspo would be great. Or actually inspo in general especially when it comes to fashion. You seem to have a great taste but if I’m going to be honest I am so boring when it comes to clothes, I wear black on top of black (practically an EMO by now;P). Last but not least how about a motivational post again you know to have the GET UP YOUR ASS AND DO IT! I miss those posts too:) Hehe I hope I didn’t talk to much;)

    Happy Birthday from a fellow May baby! I travel for a living and could use some help with how to stay healthy diet and fitness wise. Airport/hotel food doesn’t offer many organic options and finding a safe place to workout in the outdoors can sometimes be a challenge.

    Happy late Birthday!! I totally agree with you – I’d much rather do a relaxing spa/poolside/Mai-Tai day for my birthday instead of raging at some dive with cheap, bland beers! I feel like many of the people I know don’t favor the low-key style, but you gotta be yourself, right?! 🙂

    I would love to see more fitness and recipe posts!! Also relationship posts. Maybe a relationship post on how to compromise with your partner without feeling like you’re giving up important things to you. Or how to create fun memories cheaply. Or how to handle relationships with two different personalities or hobbies (one loves being active/the other doesn’t). for recipes posts maybe more healthy easy recipes for lunch or dinner that can still taste indulgent. And for fitness maybe some at home workouts that you can do with 5 or 8 pound dumbbells. 🙂

    So I have been following your blog pretty much since the beginning and have been debating on asking you this because it is personal but I do think it has a huge affect on every healthy young woman’s life. This is birth control. Do you take it, if so what form? I know that taking hormones cannot be good for you, so what do you do?

    Also exemplifying common foods bought in the store that people dont realize how unhealthy they actually are! its like a game when i go grocery shopping! i can’t buy Jam without the first ingredient being sugar! as well as half the peanut butter on the shelves being pure crap. stuff like this would be really interesting to read about especially products that i haven’t already noticed were gross.
