So. I’m reading the book Wheat Belly.
Heard of it?
If you haven’t, check it out. It’s pretttty interesting.
The theory ( << & I haven’t formed an opinion yet ) is that eating any type of wheat adds chunk-a-de-chunk ( well, these are my words; the book states that it adds belly fat…).
Essentially the author says that wheat is the reason American’s are fat. Well, I’m going to do a little testy, westy- AKA go wheat-free for a few days & see what happens.
I’ll keep you all updated on my conclusion. Supposedly I’m set to experience higher energy levels, weight loss, & glowing, sparkling skin.
Some of the other perks: eliminating wheat can cure diseases & rashes…hmmm. I’m more about moderation, moderation, moderation, but it’s worth a try?
