Ok, so it’s Valentine’s Day & Michael is totally ‘making’ me get off the computer.

Because I’m a serious addict.

& it’s kinda the day of love, so I gotta embrace it, right?

A quick cookie recipe I whipped up yesterday ( << so good, so easy) is below; hope you love/love/love!

Look! Healthy & easy ( I kinda made it up as I went ):

Cookie dough found here.

Five second raspberry jam found here.

Sparkly, pretty decor found here.

& BTW: this champagne tray is…die!! I used it all day. Because…uhhhh…it’s a day of celebration…& champagne was a total necessity.

And!!! I promise I’ll give a full V-day update on Monday.

x L ( MWAH! )

I LOVE the idea of using 5-second jam in these types of cookies! The typical jelly-filled cookies use that nasty sticky sugar-laden jelly. Great idea!

So cute! And I love all of CCK’s desserts :) I actually made her Healthy Lava Cakes for our V-day celebration last night.

That food glitter is absolutely adorable too. Do you know what its made with though? I couldn’t find any info about it’s ingredients/nutritional info on the site.

I could totally try and make a variation of these with coconut flour and flax. I mushed those two ingredients together over the weekend with some stevia – baked it – and holy hot damn, I was so impressed with my domestic skills, LOL!! I ate the whole pan, and then licked it. Yep. I ain’t afraid to admit that ;)
